The 108 Information Center of the Hanoi Telecommunications Company of the Hanoi and Telecommunication would like to introduce a new useful service: Telephony Advertisement of Products and Services.

You expect there are more and more customers who are interested in and familiar with your branding name? Let us help in initiatively introducing your products and services to customers through our 1080 operators or through our audiotext system.

Our service gives you one more advertisement channel without an increase in your workforce or equipment; in the meantime, your customers do not have to spend much time in looking for information of your products and services.

Procedures of signing the Advertisement Contract through Hanoi 108 Information Centre

1. Enterprise that has Business license:

- 03 sets of Advertisement Contract (as per given form) with the company seal and authorized signature.

- 01 copy set of the Business license

- 01 copy set of Profession license (if any)

* For those professions in association with human health such as health care, beauty saloon, etc. or other sensitive professions as security service, bodyguard, fire fighting devices, etc., the Business license and Profession license shall be notarized within the year of signing the Contract.

2 . For those professions such a s lunch box supply, fashion, flower shop, home stuff repair, etc.

Required procedures:

- 03 sets of Contract (as per given form) with the requestor's signature

- Our advertisement staff-in-charge shall directly verify the location that the Enterprise would like to advertise.

Quotation (VAT included)

There are 2 types of 1080 advertisement:

1-Through 1080 operators (customer makes a call to 1080 and receives information from the operator)

Rate: Position 1(1 st priority) : VND 500,000/month (for 01 enterprise)

Position 2 : VND 300,000/month (for 02 enterprises)

Position 3 : VND 200,000/month (for 05 enterprises)

2- Through audiotext service:

Rate:

Messages less than 2 minutes : VND 600,000/month

Messages from 2 minutes to less than 3 minutes : VND 750,000/month

Messages from 3 minutes to less than 4 minutes : VND 880,000/month

Messages from 4 minutes to less than 5 minutes : VND 990,000/month

For advertisement through audiotext service, the enterprise shall be entitled to a discount if he signs the Contract with a long validity, in details:

- 06 months onward, he shall be entitled to 10% discount from the 7 th month,

- 12 months onward, he shall be entitled to 15% discount from the 13 th month,

- 18 months onward, he shall be entitled to 20% discount from the 19 th month.

The customers can use these 2 services on the basis of 24/24h everyday.
